Brodie was born and raised in Abbotsford BC, and has spent his entire life residing in the Fraser Valley. Before starting his career in real estate Brodie worked construction, specifically masonry and small home renovations, while also working in the service industry. On the side Brodie has worked with his family to locate and purchase investment opportunities, specifically affordable condominium rental units. Finding success with the buying and selling of real estate and gaining invaluable knowledge concerning locating and assessing the value in residential real estate drove him to pursue a career in it. 

Brodie likes to specialize in affordable investment opportunities such as condominiums or townhomes, but is trained and licensed to work with all areas of real estate.

With Brodie you can expect professional service as well as around the clock availability as he truly puts his clients first. His background gives him extensive knowledge into home renovations as well as the inner workings of a strata organization, as he has been both a tenant and a landlord.

Brodie also works closely with a photographer and graphic designer which gives him an edge in marketing your property, especially since they have recently added a drone to their arsenal. These services really help to make your listing as attractive as possible. 

In his spare time Brodie enjoys playing basketball or soccer with his friends and in the local Abbotsford Men's Leagues. He is also an avid snowboarder in the winter, and enjoys travelling, making yearly trips to his family home in Costa Rica where he enjoys the laidback beach lifestyle.
